WWithdrawal Failing (WF)Students may receive a "WF" grade in several different ways. Students reported on the Class Roll Audit as "never attended" or "stopped attending" are considered unofficially withdrawn and will receive a "WF". Students who fail to meet class attendance requirements may be withdrawn from the class by the professor via the on-line Excessive Absence form in ISIS. The grade of "WF" will automatically be assigned to the student. After receipt of the form, the Office of the Registrar will notify the student via their CougarNet email account. Students who withdraw after the deadline to withdraw are assigned a "WF". See Excessive Absence . Withdrawal from a courseStudents who withdraw on-line in CougarNet (under the Enrollment Services tab) by the deadline listed in the Academic Calendars will receive the grade of "W." Students who submit a roll correction form to the Office of the Registrar by the deadline listed in the Academic Calendars will also receive the grade of "W." (Banner shows the 'W' grade as W-PASS, but the transcript will simply show a 'W.") Students who submit the form after the "WP" grade deadline will be assigned a grade of "WF."
